Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, 999c reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• 999c may suspend payouts in cases involving match-fixing or irregular results.

Live Betting Special Rules

• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is submitted are the ones that apply.
• 999c is not liable for bets that fail to submit due to network issues.
• The cashout option is available for selected events. Cashout value is determined based on current market conditions.

Casino Games Policy

All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. RTP (Return to Player) rates are available in each game's information section. For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

General Bonus Terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999c. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

999c reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Suspended Account Balance

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the balance will be refunded subject to completed verification. Accounts closed due to rule violations may have their balance forfeited. A maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts.
